Feels great to contribute over 500 miles :)

For a company called Conscious Solutions they certainly have been sleeping on a response. Wakey wakey!!

William @ Folium...

I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. If you are looking for biscuits, I can tell you I don’t have any, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills...Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let Conscious win this competition, that’ll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don’t, I will look for you, I will find you and I will eat all of your choccy biscuits.

Thinking of putting together a playlist for Pat's wonderful method of travelling. Limp Bizkit's "Rolling" for the first track?

Gained so much respect for Conscious Solutions when they publicly announced they'd donate their charity winnings to the Folium choccy biscuit fund, keep it up team

I'm shattered after today's roll but what a great day! I might start rolling to work... would anyone be interested in joining me?

Reading Will's updates makes the shame of Conscious Solutions being second place to Folium Science sting a little less

Why the hell isn’t this Will from Folium taking walking seriously?!!! This is a SERIOUS website

Went out for dinner last night so the two of us took the bus and walked to the restaurant rather than driving. Restaurant was a county pub about a mile walk from the bus stop - walk helped worked up an appetite for dinner.

I wasn't so sure about the idea of walking at the start of the month but once I felt the fresh air and the smell of the daisies and the breeze on my legs on the way to work I was sold. Walking is my new hobby and I'm sure gonna tell all my friends about walking in case they didn't know you could do it as a thing

Ann told me not to tell but she said Robbie smells and his walking is bad

Four of us travelled by bus on Saturday night for a meal out and trip to the cinema instead of driving. We got a Group day ticket on First Bus and it only cost £10 for all of us to travel together. Apart from the torrential rain while we waited for our bus home (luckily there was some shelter) it was a great way to travel for a good night out.

I just missed my bus at Temple Meads so decided to walk to the next bus stop - ended up walking past a couple of bus stops (walked about 2.2 miles) and then caught the bus the rest of the way (7.3 miles) home. Was nice to be out in the fresh air!

I can outwalk any of you here, don't even try me. I do 10k steps in my sleep

It was really good day and I avoided the traffic while walking to places

need to add heelies as a form of transport on this. im bout to absolutely send it down Park St. today💪💪💪

Walking to places and having a good exercise

does anyone here think about the inevitability of death or do we just discuss walking idk???

shout out to richard on the homepage for the great bush pics! Keep up the bussing richard<3

Got the 43 bus instead of the 44/45 on Wednesday, giving me a 2km walk home from the bus stop rather than stopping closer to my house.
